LET’S TALK
Tell me about your growth goal.
You don’t need to know what the marketing answer is. That’s part of my job.
If you know where you want the business to go, but you’re not sure what needs to change to get there, tell me a little about what’s happening.
Perhaps you need more of the right opportunities. Maybe leads are coming in but not converting. You might be trying to grow a particular service, create a more predictable route to new customers or simply make the marketing you’re already doing work harder.
Start with the business problem rather than trying to diagnose the marketing solution yourself.
TELL ME MORE
Tell me what’s happening.
The questions below are designed to give me enough context to understand your business, what you’re trying to achieve and where things might be getting stuck.
You don’t need to write an essay or have all the answers. Just give me enough to understand the picture. I read every enquiry myself, usually within a day.

DISCOVERY CALL
What happens next?
I’ll personally read what you’ve sent and consider whether I think Hello Friday could be the right kind of support.
If it looks like there’s a good fit, I’ll invite you to book a 45-minute discovery call. That gives us the time to get properly underneath what you’re trying to achieve, what’s happening now and where the biggest opportunities or obstacles might be.
There’s no expectation that you arrive knowing what marketing you need. The point of the conversation is to understand the problem before we start prescribing the solution.
DIAGNOSIS TIME
A useful conversation, not a sales pitch.
I know nobody wants to spend 45 minutes sitting through a presentation about somebody else’s services.
So you won’t.
We’ll talk about your business. I’ll ask questions. We’ll explore what you’re trying to achieve, what you’ve already tried and what might be getting in the way.
If I think I can help, I’ll explain what I’d recommend as the next step. And if I don’t think I’m the right person for the problem, I’ll tell you that too. Does that sound fair?
